1、加工準(zhǔn)備及下料：按照施工圖放樣，放樣和號(hào)料時(shí)要預(yù)留焊接收縮量和加工余量，根據(jù)放樣作樣板。做好鋼材矯正，鋼板預(yù)埋件及其他零件切割鉆孔及噴防腐漆處理。

1. Processing preparation and cutting: According to the construction drawing layout, welding shrinkage and processing allowance should be reserved during layout and marking, and a sample should be made according to the layout. Proper steel correction, cutting and drilling of steel plate embedded parts and other parts, and spraying anti-corrosion paint treatment.

2、測(cè)量放線：根據(jù)土建標(biāo)高基準(zhǔn)線測(cè)預(yù)埋件標(biāo)高中心線，檢查預(yù)埋件標(biāo)高偏差、左右偏差。整理結(jié)果，確定預(yù)埋件分隔的調(diào)整處理方案。沿樓板外沿彈出墨線定出預(yù)埋件頂標(biāo)高線。

2. Measurement and laying out: Measure the centerline of the embedded parts according to the civil engineering elevation reference line, and check the elevation deviation and left and right deviation of the embedded parts. Organize the results and determine the adjustment and handling plan for the separation of embedded parts. 3、預(yù)埋件安裝處理：定位預(yù)埋件安裝位置，打鉆安裝。

11、然后分別進(jìn)行上下打膠、修補(bǔ)檢驗(yàn)、玻璃清洗、清理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、竣工驗(yàn)收。
